Bullet What is included in the remodeling estimate?
This price includes everything required to complete your selected remodeling project. We will provide all necessary permits, site protection, and demo as needed. In addition, we provide all labor including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC as needed.

Bullet How long will my remodeling project take?
Since Express Solutions Projects are predesigned and utilize our proprietary selection and estimating system, the installation and construction time is dramatically shortened. By using our knowledgeable in-house installation and crews, we are able to completely control the installation and construction process. As such, your project will be given a guaranteed start and completion date.

Bullet How soon can you start my remodeling project?
Most of the time, we'll be able to start your project within three weeks. We can often start within 10 days depending on the project and materials selected. Many remodeling firms will delay your start for months depending on their in-house or sub-contractor's backlog of jobs.

Bullet Are you Licensed and insured?
Absolutely, Foster Remodeling Solutions is a multi-million dollar firm that has designed and remodeled homes in Northern VA for over twenty five years. We are a VA Class A licensed contractor, and are fully insured. We carry worker's compensation, general liability, Umbrella liability, Automobile, Pollution liability, and Employment Practice liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of liability insurance with more detailed information. This is something any contractor should be willing and able to supply.

Bullet Do you warranty your Express Solutions (ESP) Projects?
We sure do. All materials and labor on ESP projects is warranted for one year. In addition, all project materials installed in your new project carry the manufacturer's warranty.
